Okay I am so late with this update!! I had my braces tightened on 15th December which was the 3 month mark! The weekend before this I got engaged 💍👰 and then with Christmas, New Year and my fiancé's 30th birthday, things have been a little crazy! My teeth were very sore the day I had my braces tightened and the following day. I struggled to eat that evening and the next morning! It was also very sore to brush my teeth! They only had to use a power chain on the left side this time. The gap in the right side has closed as much as it can. The left side still has a bit to go! I hate the power chains...they are sore!! Hopefully this is the last time I will need one! I've had very little to no pain since then though! I don't know if I'm just used to it now or if there isn't as much movement this time! 💁 I haven't noticed a lot of movement! The first 6 weeks definitely showed the most movement!
